Paul focuses on building long-term relationships with his clients and acts as their trusted advisor in all areas related to the real estate, both locally and internationally. At Magnum Central, he covers the prime location communities, investment opportunities, and exclusive sales mandates. He arrived in Dubai in 2007 and became the top-performing sales consultant for a developer, achieving AED 750m in sales during his first year. Over the years he has worked in management, brokerage, consultancy and development roles. This has enabled him to build a strong network and become highly experienced in the Dubai real estate market. In 2013, he co-founded a boutique real estate company with several business partners, targeting the luxury market and catering to HNWI & UHNWI clientele.
