I have four years of experience in Sale and leasing the residential and commercial properties. In last six year I have increased my portfolio and made very good relations with my clients.
Currently i am working as a business development manager and my company assign this role to me two years before.
My responsibilities are:
Training and helping the team in Sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs).
Demonstrate ability to understand financial goals, operate asset in owners’ best interest in accordance with Policies & Procedures Manual.

Continually monitor and analyze traffic logs, conversion ratios, budget guidelines, renewal information, marketing data, etc., to be able to give up-to-date and proper information when requested by clients.
