As an experienced language translator and interpreter (mainly for English and Mandarin), I find my work is very helpful and meaningful to the individuals, teams, groups and even organizations to achieve their goals. As a senior travel consultant, my efforts always meet the customers’ requirement and their satisfaction both for leisure and business travelers. The results of my operations management performance also meet the Employers’ expectation. What made me proud the most was that Samsung Global ERP implementation in Singapore with a bunch of experts from Samsung Headquarters, South Korea and Subsidiaries both from Sales and Manufacturing globally. The establishment of the organization from scratches in Travel and Tourism was also a very big accomplishment for me. I always believe that attitude is everything. We, as an individual person should treat each and every one equally and respect others. As a passionate and emotional learner, never too late to start learning new things.
