About me
Jonathan is a Director of Advisory & Transaction Services and has been operational in the UAE market since 2007. He manages CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics service function in the Middle East, as well as being the single point of contact for several CBRE clients operating from mixed use property portfolios across the Middle East and Africa region.
In 2004, Jonathan commenced his professional career at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) as a General Practice Surveyor in the National Valuation department.
In 2005 he moved to Strutt & Parker (now BNP Paribas) to focus on managing the Arlington Business Parks Partnership account (GBP 1bn value in 2006). In 2007, Jonathan emigrated to the United Arab Emirates, based out of their Abu Dhabi office.
In February 2011, Jonathan moved to CBRE to focus on managing the Nokia Siemens Networks Middle East and Africa account, and has since led the Nokia, VISA, Shell and Mondelez accounts for CBRE.
