Brendan Green is a Senior Property Specialist for M&Y Properties. . He specialises in the Jumeirah Park project with a sound knowledge of all Nakheel projects. Prior to M&Y Properties, Brendan was a sales manager at Motion Real Estate in Dubai. Brendan has been a real estate professional for 24 years – dealing with high-end properties in London (Westminster, Chelsea, Canary Wharf and Royal Docks) for 12 years and with Nakheel projects in Dubai for 12 years. Post the 2008 financial crisis he assisted a high number of clients with funds in postponed projects consolidate to alternative ongoing projects while also being successful in reclaiming funds from these postponed projects through a tailor made credit note and consolidation process. He has sold a substantial amount of property in Dubai and receives a high level of repeat business. He is an advocate of selling ready property that provide his clients with a secure investment or excellent family home.
