POSITION : Sales Manager
To meet sales targets, by providing professional real estate consultancy to Property buyers
-in order to conclude a sale to the buyer’s satisfaction.
· Collect payments on past due bills.
· Create a list of people who have not made payments.
· Organize list according to severity of delinquency.
· Follow up and communicate with clients and advise them to make payments
· Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.
· Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
· Reviewing and responding promptly to all sales queries.
· Managing and developing sales strategy and supervise my team members.
· Educating customers and match property options with buyer’s needs.
· Escorting potential buyers to the site.
· Assisting in the transfer of title deeds from the developer to the new owner.
