About me
I have acquired an exceptional experience in the property market in the UAE and Qatar, starting with a leading property developer as a Sales Manager during the Dubai market booming, then I specialized into property management when joining Binhendi Group in 2007, holding several local and international property and real estate certifications.
I joined MPM properties (a subsidiary of ADIB) in 2010 as a senior property manager in charge of the Northern Emirates, doubling the portfolio of managed properties to reach 9,000 units in 2012, and reducing the vacancy rate from 20% to 3%.
In 2013,I was named Regional Head of the MPM Northern Emirates region and In 2016, I joined Milaha in Qatar as Head of Property Management.
I am currently working as Head of Property Management for Al Ghurair Real Estate - ATHEER.
I am an affiliated member of the Sharjah international commercial arbitration center and a RICS candidate to achieve MRICS membership
