TAXES:

PAYMENT & BOOKING & CANCELATION TERMS:
 Pre-payment is required for the entire contracted period. For two months and above, we
require the first month full payment in advance plus 25% of the remaining amount for
following months contracted. Remaining 75% of the following month’s rate, to be paid at
the beginning of every month.
 Security deposit of AED 2000 which is refundable upon check out is applicable for one
month’s bookings.
 Security deposit of half month’s rent is applicable for bookings more than one month.
 In case of early termination of the contract, one month’s rent + security deposit is non refundable.
 For pre-payment of 3 consecutive months, AED 250 per month (total AED 750) will be
discounted on the total price of 3 months.
