Umm Suqeim Beach is located near the famous Burj Al Arab hotel and offers a magnificent view of this special hotel. Facilities on the Umm Suqeim Beach
Umm Suqeim beach is a public beach which makes it free to visit 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
On the beach there are plenty of changing cubicles and showers where you can wash off the sand after your visit to the beach. On the beach there are also lifeguards who watch over the safety of the swimmers and guests on the beach.
Especially for children there is a playground available and along the beach there is a jogging path with a pedestrian promenade where several benches stand. At the edge of the beach, near the pedestrian promenade are a number of restaurants where you can buy snacks, food and drinks or where you can go to the toilet. Also in the Umm Suqeim park which is directly behind the beach, you can find a restaurant where you can go to the toilet.
Special is the fact that there is a beach library on Umm Suqeim beach where you can borrow free books to read on the beach or on the beanbags next to the library.
