The Space
The plush and stylish lounge area of this stunning 2BR apartment is furnished with a curated style, featuring a large L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a dining table that seats 8, and a furnished balcony that’s great for that morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen contains all the necessary appliances for your stay, inclusive of a cooker, washing machine, dishwasher (so no washing up!) and coffee machine for your convenience.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom oozes with comfort, from the deluxe double bed and premium bedding, to the fully dressed windows that provide access to the bedroom’s private balcony. In addition, it is furnished with bedside tables and lamp lighting, a great vanity space and endless storage. The en suite bathroom completes the luxurious feel with a large walk-in shower and his and her sinks.

Second bedroom
The large second bedroom is fitted with a large queen-sized bed, vanity table, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a fitted tub and shower facilities, toilet and sink area with a large lit mirror.

Guest Access
Guests are treated to complimentary access to RIVA Beach Club, offering beach amenities for two adults and two children, complete with a fitness center, swimming pool, BBQ area, first aid center, and an array of retail outlets, restaurants, and cafes. Additional guests can access the RIVA Beach Club for a fee. Additionally, all guests are invited to indulge in complimentary access to the gym and pool facilities between Shoreline 9 and 10 residences. As part of the Shoreline Complex, guests can also take advantage of convenient amenities such as laundry services, grocery delivery from supermarkets, beauty parlors, barber salons, and even tailor services.

Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

The Neighborhood
Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, the Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the infamous ‘Atlantis the Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other. In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxi’s are at a plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
