There is a private balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining table and chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, gas stove, coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils.

The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet.
