With sandy beaches and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport, the apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The Palm Mall is opposite this apartment which is very handy.

1- Please note that there is a deposit amount of 1000 AED refundable upon check-out subject to property inspection.
2- Check-in is at 03:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
3- A cleaning fee of 460 AED will be collected for cleaning before the stay
