Our charming studio apartment is located on the 1st floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, the apartment itself has a spacious sitting room area complete with a smart TV and has satellite also. There is also free WIFI so sprawl out on the sofa and check those emails or upload your pictures of the day to your favourite social media accounts. There are amazing beach and sea views from the apartment, which all help with the great vibe.

The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, we've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine/dryer also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space (as well as many visitor spaces).

Just below you, in the same building, is the Time Out Dubai winner for family restaurant of choice, Limonata, and the fabulous Ibn Albahr as featured in the Michelin's Guide.
The nearest shops are in the Nakheel Mall, which even has a cinema as well as top brands such as H&M, Waitrose, Fitness First gym, and tons more restaurants. This is located right opposite you, so very easy to get to.

Beach/pool access:
The apartment sits above a small promenade with a line of 7 licensed restaurants. Most offer the option to use the beach with a minimum spend on food and beverage. There is one beach club that also has a floating swimming pool in the sea!!
(please note this apartment does not offer free beach and pool access).

The nearest public transport is the Palm metro which has a stop in the mall opposite. This then connects you to the rest of the City.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require a foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE-TIME rental charge of AED 150.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
