The above unit rates are quoted on a per room per month basis and include all service charges and 5% VAT as well as Tourism Dirham. Any cards payment will be charged 3.5% transaction fee additionally.

Security Deposit
Tenants shall pay the property a refundable security deposit in a sum of AED2000.00 for studio/AED2500 for one bedroom/AED5000.00 for two bedrooms at the time of check-in. The deposit shall be refunded to tenants at the time of check-out which has deducted any amount necessary for damaged amenities or unpaid rent.
