Hey, please read the ENTIRE ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on and literally 10 minutes by car from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is 19/20 minutes drive away with more options for dining and fun.

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please note that there is a deposit amount of 1000 AED refundable upon check-out subject to property inspection.
2- Check-in is at 03:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
3- A cleaning fee of 490 AED will be collected for cleaning before check-in
