It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 5/10 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 5/10 mins walk away with more options for dining and fun.
