Equipped with high-quality amenities. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, we will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, there are multiple ones near the building! Please note that guests are required to provide their home address, email address, and passport copies for all members of the booking at least 24 hours prior to check-in; failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

SOFA BED:
NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please note that there is a deposit amount of 1000 AED refundable upon check-out subject to property inspection.
2- Check-in is at 03:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
3- A cleaning fee of 460AED will be collected for cleaning before check-in
