Hey, please read the ENTIRE ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 5/10 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 5/10-minute walk away.

NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

HOUSE RULES:
1- Please note that there is a deposit amount of 1000 AED refundable upon check-out subject to property inspection.
2- Check-in is at 03:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
3- A cleaning fee of 490 AED will be collected for cleaning before check-in
