There is a private balcony, smoking is allowed only there. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps). There is AC.

The fully equipped kitchen has a toaster, kettle, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery are provided along with pots, pans and utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack, plus iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom.

Both bedrooms are street facing and furnished with king size beds. Professionally laundered sheets, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, with bath towels for each guest.
