You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-Swimming Pool: two swing pools located on level L. (7 am to 7 pm)
-The Fitness Center is accessible from the lift zone.
⁠-The lobby is connected with the hotel Creek Palace Hotel and you can order food à la Carta and get a 20% discount as residents of the Palace Residence building spa is available as per their price list, however, you can get a 20% offer if book treatment for 60 mins and longer.
-Parking slot for one car.
-After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price.
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
