The Madison Residency is a luxurious 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Dubai's thriving Barsha Heights neighbourhood. The building is situated between interchanges 4 and 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road, making it an ideal location for those looking to explore the city or conduct business in the nearby Dubai Internet City and Media City. The area is home to a wide variety of amenities, such as luxury hotels, golf clubs, international schools and universities, and world-class shopping malls. The apartment is just a five-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy for guests to travel around the city.
The apartment itself is modern and stylishly decorated, with an open-plan design that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area is equipped with comfortable furnishings such as a sofa, coffee table, and TV unit with an LCD TV, allowing guests to relax and unwind after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cutlery and crockery.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, featuring a king-size bed, a side table, and built-in wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, and all bed linen and towels are provided. Guests who require an additional bed can request a Z-bed for an additional fee of AED 150 per night for a stay of up to 6 nights, or AED 100 per night for stays of more than 6 nights. A baby cot is also available upon request, free of charge and subject to availability.
The price for the apartment includes water, electricity, internet, and satellite TV channels connection, as well as access to the building's shared pool and gym. The apartment is cleaned once a week and bed linen is changed at the same time. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The rate applies for a minimum stay of 1 month and is all-inclusive.
