Leasing Procedures:

1. Land Selection based on the investor requirements.
2. Land Viewing.
3. Leasing Application Submissions includes:
(A) Lands Lease request.
(B) Investor Documents (for companies Valid License and Memorandum).
(C) Rental Cheques.
4. Approval from Environmental department (For Food and Chemical Factories).
5. Agreement Signatory.

Payment Plan:

First CDC - 50% of the rental amount + fees for issuing contract.
Second CDC - 5% Vat
Third CDC - 25% of the rental amount
Fourth CDC - 25% of the rental amount

Other Fees:

Fees of Land Transferring - AED 5,000
Request Letter Fees - AED 100 (For Each Letter)
Return Cheque Fine - AED 1,000 Per Cheque

Documents Required:

1. For Contract with Individual Name:
(A) Emirates ID original & Copy.
(B) Passport Copy.
(C) Visa Copy.
(D) Valid License suitable with the land type.
(E) Residential Prove (Fewa bill, ownership, Tenancy contract ...etc.).
(F) Bank Account Statement.

2. For Contract with Company Name:
(A) Valid License suitable with the land type.
(B) Memorandum Contract.
(C) Personal Documents for Signatory person (ID Copy, Passport Copy and Visa Copy).
(D) Tax Certificate.
(E) Bank Account Statement.
