These amenities cater to a wide range of interests, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among residents and visitors.

Surf Abu Dhabi: Scheduled to open by the end of 2023, Surf Abu Dhabi will be the world's largest and most advanced artificial wave facility. Designed in collaboration with Kelly Slater Wave Co., it will provide a high-performance surfing experience suitable for both beginners and professional surfers.

Velodrome Abu Dhabi: Expected to launch in 2025, this facility will feature the region's first UCI Category 1 indoor cycling track, meeting international championship standards. It will include a rooftop track connected to the ground via a 600-meter cycling ramp, offering 360-degree views of Hudayriyat Island and the Abu Dhabi skyline.
