Masfout is a village that forms part of the Masfout area in Ajman (one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates), and is surrounded by Ras Al Khaimah and the Hatta area in Dubai and Oman (Mahda Wilayat in Al Buraimi Governorate). It can only be reached from Ajman itself by crossing the lands of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.

Masfout is about 110 km southeast of Ajman and includes the city of Masfout, Muzayra, Al Sabaygha and Saih Al Zahra. The population descends from the Bani Kaab and Bedouin tribes. Masfout is famous for agriculture, as its fertile soil, spacious valleys and moderate climate have qualified it to be a tourist attraction.
