ABOUT NAREEL ISLAND
Nareel Island is a unique development off the coast in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi. Situated near Al Qubeira District, the goal is to transform it into a mixed residential and holiday destination in the emirate. Nareel Island takes its name from the large number of coconut palms lined throughout the area.

The leading property development company, Aldar proposed to turn this island into a full-fledged vacation spot back in 2007 as a joint venture with National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH).
