This project is developed by AHAD Group with Evan Lim-Penta as the contractor. They are a well-known Singaporean developer who contributed heavily to the project. Evan Lim-Penta has completed several high-end projects in Dubai, such as Sofitel Palm Jumeirah and Saba Tower in JLT. They received recognition for their work on the pavilions of Singapore, Netherlands, and Sweden at Expo 2020.
