• Villas/Townhouses monthly Index recorded 1.123 and an index price of AED 170,246.

Key Findings:
• October had a total of 77,781 rental contracts, of which 52.3% were new, and 47.7% were renewals.
• In October, 93.6% were annual contracts, while 6.4% were non-annual contracts.
• 65.5% were registered for residential purposes, while 34.5% were for commercial and other purposes.
