Dubai October 2024: The Official Sales Price Index
• The overall monthly Index recorded 1.682 and an index price of AED 1,524,185.
• Apartments monthly Index recorded 1.832 and an index price of AED 1,495,227.
• Villas/Townhouses monthly Index recorded 1.799 and an index price of AED 3,142,943.

Key Findings:
• October 2024 had 20,456 transactions worth AED 61.218 Billion.
• Year-on-Year increase in sales value by 55.1%, and an increase in sales volume by 69.7%.
• 34.9% of sales transactions were in the secondary/ ready market, and 65.1% were in the off-plan market in terms of volume.
• Year to date, October 2024 witnessed a 38.2% increase in sales transactions in terms of volume and a 33.14% increase in terms of value compared to the same period in 2023.
• Year-on-Year increase in sales value by 55.1%, and an increase in sales volume by 69.7%.
