• Overall monthly Index recorded 1.21 and an Index Price of AED 64,853.
• Apartments monthly Index recorded 1.222 and an Index Price of AED 59,869.
• Villas/Townhouses monthly Index recorded 1.124 and an Index Price of AED 170,096.

Key Findings:
• November had a total of 64,940 rental contracts, of which 56.6% were new and 43.4% were renewals.
• 94.2% were annual contracts, while 5.8% were non- annual contracts.
• 63.6% were registered for residential purposes, while 36.4% were for commercial and other purposes.
