• Villas/Townhouses monthly Index recorded 1.053 and an index price of AED 159,471.
• Overall quarterly Index recorded 1.155 and an index price of AED 61,038.
• Apartments quarterly Index recorded 1.182 and an index price of AED 56,374.
• Villas/Townhouses quarterly Index recorded 1.034 and an index price of AED 157,802.
