Key Findings:
• July 2024 had 16,246 sales transactions worth AED 50.16 billion
• July 2024 witnessed the highest value of sales transactions ever recorded.
• July sales transactions volume increased by 45.68% and value increased by 32.77%, year-on-year
• In terms of volume, around 41.37% of sales transactions were in the secondary/ready market, and 58.63% were in the off-plan market.
