• Apartments monthly Index recorded 1.177 and an index price of AED 57,779.
• Villas/Townhouses' monthly Index recorded 1.074 and an index price of AED 162,738.

Key Findings:
• July 2024 recorded 64,551 rental leases
• 56.1% were new leases while 43.9% were renewals
• 94.54% were annual contracts while 5.46% were non-annual leases
• 38.8% were commercial leases while 60.2% were residential leases
