The building is 10 years old but features the space and high-quality finishing that Dubai so frequentlky used to offer around then. Currently a lot of new buildings are put up quickly, with low quality finishing so that they can be sold cheap. Golden Mile is a class above lots of new developments and a great community to live in with beaches, park and now Nakheel Mall.

Great property for families. Close to grocery, transit and restaurants.

Parking access needs improvement and general car park condition. Speed control need to be introduced.
