Absolutely amazing design of the apartments, very unique. We do not regret buying in this building.

I love this building. It’s right on the park, with direct access to it. The design is very unique. The location is perfect, 8 min from Dubai mall.

Beautiful building with great design. The quality is typical for Dubai. There are two constructions around for now, so, obviously, you can hear the noise, but it’s not loud. According to my air purifier, the air quality is very good, so the ventilation works normally.

Amazing design for apartments, building quality is average but the design of the apartments and facilities are good.

This tower is located in Sobha Hartland - known to be a development from a developer known for good quality. But this tower is not development by Sobha - The Terraces is developed by another developer and you can see this reflected in the poor quality and design of the apartments.
