Nice well maintained community, maintenance made easy with DubaiAM mobile app, green areas and playgrounds, no traffic around, City Center Mirdif few min walk but the only thing is the noise from the high way if you are on that side

Almost every night we can't sleep from the carbage smell which spread in the buildings inside our apartments, property is poorly maintained and you pay lot's of money to empower which is worthless, we are leaving this community very soon

Maintenace is very bad in this community as you have to paid everything yourself. Traffic is also extremely frustating . One good thing its close to mirdif city center

Lots of noise from playing children. Litter is sometimes left around on the floor on grass areas as people could not be bothered to clean up after themselves
