South Residences

We've moved into this building before it got handed over, pretty much the first ex-tenants to reside at this building. No matter which apartment you pick, the view is non-obstructed, you'll either get a community, pool, or a road view. The only downside is that the some of the apartments in this building are owned by private landlords, which means those apartments come with hefty chiller bills & no free maintenance. However, the apartments which are owned by the management are chiller free and there's an in house maintenance to look after your apartment free of cost. Overall, we stayed for 3 years in it, was a great experience.
