Not comfortable, no privacy, always noise from pool and gym, not good maintenance, no space for parking, very heavy cooking smells in corridors and apartments.

Decent apartment but overpriced!

I have been staying in JVC for more than 2 years now. It is a well-maintained apartment but overpriced compared to other apartments in JVC. Also, the cooking gas charges are high, they have a card system where we have to charge for 500 AED for 10 m3 gas. It will run out in less than 2 months (without barbeque)

Staff are friendly and you will feel safe. Everything is clean and well maintained. It's a little bit higher when it comes to price compared to other apartments.
