Totally love this tower & area around and have no complaints. I specially apreciate apartment's size better than in any new tower. If u are searching smt in JLT for your family- check it out.

Pay attention on low room floor. There is a lot of insects, problem with mold and chiller. Also there is noises morning time that you can not expect just from usually view.

Well maintained tower in JLT and in cluster with 2 office towers which allow you to find guest parking in the evening and weekend. Nice supermarket and coffee shop in the cluster. Friendly security and nice lobby. Large apartments compared to other JLT towers.

I have lived many years in this building, some of the things I really enjoy is the new gym and billiard table they've. Generally living in the building is comfortable, clean, and very quiet. There are instances where regulations like moving furniture requires a document signing, but nothing too serious to fuss about. The important things are in a great state and that's all that matters. I feel lucky compared to the stories I hear from friends living in other buildings where they have trouble with the security, for example, I have thankfully never had such issues at X1. I guess we're lucky because the building has a good management that's keeping things in order.

Amazing property with great value... staff is the best among all of dubai. Property has a out of the way channeling from the whole community with great kids play area and workout facilities.

Nice building. they have now added a games room and upgraded the gym. Building is decent quality, really good AC which is probably the best of any building i have been in. Building is pet friendly Lots of shops and amenities close by, spinneys, hairdresser, carefour etc Some of the layouts in the building aren't great but if you get one with a good layout its really spacious, both rooms en suit and good area for home office. Good building to live in

JLT is one of the most friendly, familiar and cool neighborhoods. But each cluster has a singularly and different benefits or disadvantages. Cluster X1 is a little forgotten in terms of the maintenance. We have suffered for nearly a year because of the closure of the gym and the lobby. The furniture of the pool is very old and damaged. But not everything it’s bad; the neighbors are friendly, also the security staff. I’ve seen many neighbors with their pets around the cluster living with total respect and order. It depends the side of your apartment, but you can have a nice view from the lake, golf club or sheik sayed road. Also I can’t miss to mention the great opportunity to walk or make exercise around the lakes and playgrounds.

Located 5mins walk from Damac Properties metro station. Jumeirah Bay X1 is well maintained and security guys are always happy to help. Pool is located at the top of the building meaning it's sunny for most of the day. Safe and child-friendly area with lots of restaurants, shops, gyms etc.

Lobby/gym renovation took months longer than it should have and the gym is still not available for use. There are signs of neglect here and there (a lot of missing tiles at the pool area, some signs of minor water damage here or there). You have to wait for an elevator for ages during the peak-times, especially if one of the five lifts is under maintenance. The staff/security is mostly really friendly and professional. There's a small playground right next to the tower which is always full of kids having fun and the tower also has quite a lot of families (which is a good sign). Not far away from Damac Properties metro station and has a lot of shops and restaurants available near by.
