Create community to live in, a lot of restaurants, hotels and let not forget the easy access to the beach.

Highly recommended,great views and location.everything we need is in the area.

Overall the building is pretty good, there are a lot of families living there so children can easily socialize in the common areas, there is also plenty of parks and swimming pools available. Building maintenance could do with being a bit quicker to fix issues, elevators are often out of service. The proximity to the beach and the amount of restaurants in walking distance is what I like best about living in JBR. The lack of visitor parking is probably the biggest issue, when we have friends to visit there is no where for them to park!
