Very well maintained building with security. The SADAF 7 swimming pool is the best as located in JBR facing the Ritz Carlton hotel in the podium. Easy access and metro link connection very close. For family and guest easy access to Marina beach road with all restarants and coffeee shops.

The area is great.also the facilities and the beach.

Its affordable to live in jumeirah beach residence but lunatic for its terriblre traffic and no parking at all

The location is great but the access to go out from the parking during the week ends is terrible. Furthermore, more buildings construction is on going which will make the traffic worst.

A great building right in the heart of The Walk. Traffic is a problem at times, as is guest parking. Nice 1-bedroom layout, spacious and bright. Balcony could have been larger, but still useable.

Overall GOOD. Less tourists and noise in contrast with Bahar or Rimal. But no any facilities for children.
