An extremely child friendly Neighbourhood. The massive ground is a great replace for children to make friends. Amazing balcony. No other building has double balconies . A perfect place to have your cuppa everyday. A nice cozy place to make it your home.

Great location with a sea just a short walk to the JBR beach. Flat is well designed with good beds, good kitchen and super shower. Comes with one parking space and access to community gym and all pools. Fully recommended.

I stayed insadaf, but im not sure of the number we were 3 adult , We enjoyed to stay in the apartment, it was spacious,with comfortable beds,Well furnished and a wonderful location, steps away from restaurants and the sea ..thank you

Been living in JBR for 6 years. security not very tight, Absolutely no visitor parking so embarrassing sometimes if having guests over. NOISE is a problem on major holidays with horns honking and cars/bikes vrooming on The Walk. Grocery, restaurants, salons, pharmacies aplenty. good place to live and socialize, especially for families. ABSOLUTELY GREAT SEA VIEWS TOO
