This tower is perfectly located right at the beginning of JBR Walk with only 3 minutes walk to Marina Promenade and 3 minutes walk to the beach. This great location isolates it from the well known JBR traffic. I have lived in both studio and 1BR apartment in Murjan and found both to be a lot more spacious compared to the surrounding areas , great living environment, green and lively. Access to 8 different pools in both Murjan and Sadaf, 2 gyms: large free gym in Sadaf and UFC gym in Murjan, lots of restaurants.
