Peaceful and Well-Maintained

Security and lifeguard are friendly. Pool is clean but not temp-controlled. Accessible to groceries including Motor City. Traffic is less so it's nice and peaceful.

The building was a mess when I moved in, but thankfully Amal property management took over and kicked off the maintenance straight away. In addition to the continuous maintenance, the Pool view and access to Almaya and Motor city is great.

This Building have amazing huge Apartments , pent house , terrace house , Duplex , and also Sports swimming pool length wise 2 Gym.
