I was renting an apartment here for one year. Design is modern. They keep it clean. There were several issues with maintenance. General manager of the building is always saying tomorrow. For example, he couldn't order new parking keys for a lot of residents. Every time I walked to security in the building to ask them to open parking. After three months, he gave up and just opened a parking on a permanent basic. For the rest of my rent parking was always open.
