Marina Tower

This building is perfectly located for us. There’s less traffic when driving in and out of Dubai Marina, and it’s incredibly easy to access the marina walk. The attentive and helpful security and concierge in the building further enhance the experience.

Building is very well managed. Great location, walking distance to variety of restaurants, beaches, and marina walk. Well maintained common facilities (Gym, swimming pool, child play area, etc).

I leave in Marina since 2014 and I've seen many communities in this area. Marina Tower is the best one: it's sitting on the Walk with direct access to the Promenade for great walks tough it's far from the traffic of Marina /JBR. It's perfect for Families as very quiet day and night. Maintenance and Security are efficient and super kind. It's walking distance to the beach, Marina Mall, JBR, JLT. It has a Zoom Supermarket at the ground level. I'd not change with any other communities in Marina

I have been in this tower for 4 Years. What I have noticed is people are moving around this tower. i.e. moving apartments within the tower. Similarly I won't change the tower unless we decide to leave Marina area in general.

Perfect location, excellent service. This is one of the most visible towers on Marina 1 and has direct access to the walk, next to 5 star hotels and great transportation. Love living here past 6 yrs.

This is one of the best buildings in the Marina area , built by Emaar properties. Well built, designed and,maintained and walking access to Marina's major shops and restaurants right at the steps of the building. It's also next to a major 5 star hotel with outstanding restaurants and clubs. The views are one of the best you can find around here. I'm so lucky to live here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Dubai !

High quality building with good facilities and friendly staff. Apartment are well planned and offer views of the marina or the sea and palm.
