Location is fantastic and near both metro + tram with quick access to the highway and no issues with traffic on either ways. Lovely apartments and the facilities are great - truly blissful place to live with quick access to all the lively parts of the area whether on foot or by public transport or car. Amazing experience living there for 8 years.

Best located building in Dubai Marina, right in the center and footsteps from the beach. Fantastic maintenance and security. Apartments are very lovely and spacious; the neighborhood is delightful, especially when the weather is pleasant. All important stores/amenities and shops are nearby. Great for families or young couples or professionals alike!

Visitors can never find parking because its always full

I lived at Marina Quay North for 12 months and I absolutely loved the development, staff and neighbors. Such a lovely community and not a bad word to say. The pool area always had seating throughout the sunny days and the gym always had room for training. Easy walk to JBR walk for my cinema nights and food! Would recommend any one new to this development and I certainly will be going back!

Location is good, traffic isnt too bad if you live in the marina side, facilities are good but have room for imrpoving, gym is quiet small, few machines and pool has a fence, which doesnt allow to enjoy it properly. Security is good, however maintenance and the apartments itself tend to get bad smells and rotens quickly in the first 3 months we had to replace 2 water heaters, leaks, fridge, fridge.. And lots of ants around the apartment, same dor the AC that doesnt work accordingly despite has been fixed.overall its good place and walking distance to the beach
