Paloma is the best tower among the 6 Marina Promenade towers, which is considered one of the best developments in Marina. The location is fantastic, it’s close to the beach and has fabulous views of the Marina. Great for couples and families.

Strongly recommended! everything about this tower is amazing. Except the traffic... but this is more a Marina problem. The pool is huge, not too crowded, just a little annoying that after 4pm it gets shadowed by the JBR buildings but you can always go to the other swimming pool on the other side of the residence :)

Beautiful complex with high quality facilities and apt finishing. Avoid Marina traffic while living in front of The Beach and fast access to all Marina top spots... No better choice

Been in this building since 2008 and I think it was one the best decision to live here. The maintain economic is second to none and facilities like badminton / squash courts, billiard room, gym, pool etc save us time from driving out after work. Finally hats off to Emaar for another splendid complex with amazing construction quality and fittings.
