Marina Mansions

I love the duplex appartments because is like you live in a villa! You have private elevators, your parking slots are Opposite your appartment door! You dont have to walk around the building with your groceries. Locarion is near all the fun areas in Dubai Marina. The duplex appartments are very spacious with greatI facilities pool, gym, squash courts, basketball courts and the best of all Tennis courts. I never had any problem with traffic because it's very close to main exits as Dubai Marina Mansions Building is in the corner. Metro station is right behind our building. I loved living there Unfortunately i had to move back home.

Huge, great apartments with fabulous wrap around terrace accessible from all rooms. Within walking distance of everything in the marina and great access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Guest Parking is the marina mall ;-)

Great Location, Spacious Apartments and Fabulous Facilities . Walking distance to Marina Walk, Tram and Metro Stations, Easy access to and from Sheikh Zayed Road

Guest parking only is the issue.the swimming pool and gym are good.

All in all good building but needs solution for traffic and guest parking

I love the location of my building because it is close to everything. Mall, restaurants, transportation, park, shops, beach all in all i feel it is a great place to live because the apartments are very specious and the views are breathtaking.

The building is conveniently located close to Marina Mall, and marina walk. Overall its a great place to live minus the typical marina area traffic

I love the size of the apartments, having a big living room, good size closed kitchen and beautiful terrace. the location is brilliant as it allows you to walk everywhere you like (Marina Mall, the beach, metro station, yacht club and marina walk etc)
