Marina Heights

Exceptional location, great building, very nice neighborhood, loving everything about this building!

A very good tower to stay in. Just across the road from the Marina...literally and very clean and spacious apartments.

Marina Heights is the best and very high standard!!! It is excellent value for money. Best location with easy access and without traffic. High standard of living. It has the best equipped gym in the Marina, has a long swimming pool where you can actually swim. Management of the building is perfect and friendly security staff. Highly recommended place for happy living

This building and it's location is really Iconic. The best thing about this location is that its walk-able to Marina Walk and easy access to freeway.

This tower has an unbeatable access to Sheikh Zayed road both in and out in both directions, and is seconds away from the Marina promenade. Units are large, some with a smart layout (not that easy to find around here), the staff is very friendly, the flats have a good sound and temperature isolation, the facilities are good, the parking is easy, there is no 'gold everywhere' thanks to a clean interior design, and the list goes on. I only wish the guest parking was larger and easier to use. The maintenance is really a big upside of the tower. It is one of the older tower in the Marina, but it always feel like new and clean which is very reassuring on the long run. I lived in Torch, Princess, Time Place, but this building is in a category of it's own.

This is definitely one of the best buildings in the Marina. Never any traffic issues, fantastic facilities, the friendliest staff and best value for money!!

Very nice friendly staff. Great location near to tram, metro and water bus which goes to marina mall. Spinneys, costa coffee and numerous dining spots right on your doorstep. Impressive pools and gym. Clean and well kept building. Some construction happening now so the golf course facing apartments are the best as no noise.

Overall the rating is good for the Marina Heights building, only the crowed rounding for the marina walk visitors that making some noise, otherwise the building living is great!
