Huge issues - noise, short term lets, endless firm alarms
MG2; Could be great...good location and only a year old. Many issues, biggest being noise from poorly insulated gym for tenants above on 9th floor. building has many short lets which causes issues for long term tenants. Fire alarm triggered weekly at any time. Frequent odour issues from air conditioning. Washing machine very poor quality.
